Our mission at In-West Electric, Inc. is to proudly provide exceptional high quality commercial electrical systems. We accomplish this by building successful relationships with our customers and contractors. Our employees are dedicated and proud to be part of making your projects successful. At in-West Electric we take pride, one project at a time, in the services we provide. About Us
The company was first established in Michigan in 1970 and in Arizona in 1983. Over the years the company has experience with residential, commercial, tenant improvement, and industrial construction. Since 1983 we have focused on commercial, tenant improvement, and hospitality projects. We strive to be the contractor that is known for professionalism, integrity, and quality. With these traits, we have great working relationships with our costumers and contractors and are called upon for our services time and time again.

How we Accomplish This
At In-West Electric our approach to the business of electrical contracting is a coordinated effort by all staff. We create an environment that is successful by having a proactive approach, thus reducing stress, chaos, and confusion. Our systemic approach is always improving as new management ideas are discovered with software, trade tools, materials, and training. Thus we minimize failures.
Our hands on approach starts with receiving the Invitation to Bid, setting up the electrical estimating/project management software to the award of a contract. At that point, the project team takes over. The pre-construction meeting takes place with the managers, coordinators, estimators, and superintendent in attendance. A Work Breakdown Structure is created and coordinated with the project schedule, thus identifying possible conflicts.
Once the project has started and the use of the WBS, Agile practices, short interval scheduling, job productivity tracking charts, material order tracking system, and manpower tracking, we help to maintain the project schedule.
The Future
At In-West Electric we are constantly looking to improve the company and your experience with us. We provide and participate in many forms of education and training. Our apprentices attend classes in an accredited program. Our management is trained in-house on the best management practices and systems which we then can incorporate into day to day business. With the use of our prefabrication ship, we are preparing for "The Industrialization of Construction and Contracting."
